The Procurement process is designed to provide you the best service at the lowest price. Usually, when you buy smart card readers, the unit price is dependant of the volumes (e.g. the price is lower if you buy more products). We have decided to change the rules: Unit price is always the same for 500 units or for 20 units: The wholesales price!

“How is this possible?”

We consider that (almost all) PC-linked smart card readers are providing the same functionalities in the same conditions. This is a “commodity” product, but the market price was following the standard high-tech pricing model.

To achieve a wholesale price whatever the quantity:

• First of all, if you need smart card readers, you will only pay the price of the readers, the cost of processing your order and the delivery services.
• If you need technical expertise, you can buy it separatelly. Experience has shown that tech support for such a high-end product is very low, so we decided to not add a tech support fee in the reader unit price.
• To provide you the lowest unit price, the product are sold by packs of 20-units.
• The whole process is on-line, from the product overview to the sales management.

“But how do I know if the product will work in my environment?”

Teo by XIRING trial kit is the answer for such kind of initial evaluation and validation within your environment.

The trial kit is made up of one reader, for the same unit price in the 20-units pack. We strongly advise you to first buy this trial kit to confirm that Teo by XIRING accurately works in your environment and is compliant with your applications… So you are able to validate it on your own and to control the process without needing to rely on someone else.

Then, when you will have validated the product, you can order the quantity you need, at any time (from 1 to 25 packs of 20 units per order - 20 to 500 readers).

“How many readers can I order, and how long is the delivery?”

We have put in place a stock management process in order to keep the sale open at any time. If we are facing a shortage, we will publish an anouncement on the website. So you can order accordingly to your needs each week or month.
Regarding deliveries, we have put in place a fast delivery process (as an indication, you should be delivered in less than 5 working days from the order validation). So if you need some products for the next month, you can buy them now, or later (at least one week before you need them!).

“OK, this means that I can send repeat orders, how do I manage my account?”

Go to the website in your personal area: All your orders’ details are securely accessible, at any time, with your personal login-password.

When you process an order, its status is evolving in your personal area. An eMail alert is sent to you each time your order status is changing.

“What means of payment can I use?”

Depending on your country, we accept some credit cards and Paypal payments. Allowed means of payment are indicated when relevant.
